How to give
Three ways to help a child stay in school
Every gift pays toward school fees at one of our partner schools in Lebanon. You always know where it went, and you receive a receipt.
- Way 1
Sponsor a child
Choose a child, read their story for this school year, and cover part of their fees, or all of them. Several donors can share one child. Each child appears only after their guardian has signed a consent form.
- Way 2
Give to the general fund
If you would rather not choose, the general fund helps partner schools with the families in greatest need. Give any amount, once or every month. A monthly gift can be stopped at any time from your account, or by writing to contact@adoptastudent.net.
- Way 3
Fund a special case
Some children need their whole school year covered at once. A special case shows the full tuition amount, checked by our team before it is published, and one donor funds it in full.
Tax and receipts
Adopt a Student is a program of Educational Assistance Fund Inc, a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 87-2532101). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Every gift receives a receipt by email showing the amount, the date and that no goods or services were provided in exchange.
Refunds
Donations are non-refundable. If you made a mistake (a wrong amount, or the same donation twice), email contact@adoptastudent.net within 2 days and we will refund it.
